A Bootcamp and Fitness Centre for everyone

Our friendly, experienced personal trainers run classes at all levels and abilities. Whether you're just starting out or you're already training at an elite fitness level, our trainers can find the right challenge for you. We offer sessions in strength and weight training, boxing, cardio workouts and HIIT - voted best bootcamp 2020 and best personal trainers 2020. Whatever you're working on, let us help you. We're here not just to train your physical fitness but to boost your mental wellbeing and happiness. 


We have seen multiple professional sportsman and also local sports teams use these classes & challenges for preseason from NRL players, AFL, Boxers, marathon runners, swimmers to touch players and many more!


All of our classes are for anyone aged 12 and up, we have 20 classes each week to choose from with plenty of space for you to train with us. We also have ladies only classes which are just for the girls.

Bootcamp Challenge

Our 8-week challenges consist of group training, unlimited classes, measurement taking, discounts from our sponsors at their businesses, a diet plan for females and males, all while your personal trainer keeps you invested and accountable. After every 8 week challenge we do a charity event to give back to our local community.  We also hand out end of challenge prizes worth more than $3,000.

Ladies Exclusive fitness Classes

Ladies classes are just for the girls. We offer two ladies classes per week which are on Tuesday and Thursday. If you would prefer the privacy of a fitness class, that is just female focused then these are for you. Our ladies classes are a part of the unlimited option package which is the most popular class. We cater to all fitness levels and injuries for ladies 12 years and above.

FITNESS ONLINE

Elev8ed Fitness offers an online option which is an alternative for clients who love what Elev8ed has to offer but don’t live in Townsville. Workouts are sent to you daily and you will be held accountable at all times as well as having access to diet plans suited to your goals. We cater the program to the equipment you have readily available, and our trainer will check in on you daily to keep you on the right track.

Boxing CLASSES

Are you looking for a class that's as fun as it is exciting? Our boxing classes might just be for you. Our boxing classes are run by head trainer Paul Seiluli who is an amateur boxer. These boxing classes are more in depth with technique and also incorporating fitness within the class. These classes cater from school students to people who are in their 60's. Boxing classes are a great way for your kids to learn self defence as well. Gear is supplied however feel free to bring your own.

We offer outdoor training sessions so you can get your exercise with a dose of fresh air at the same time - ideal for mental health and mindset. HIIT

HIIT, or High-Intensity Interval Training, is a form of cardio exercise which combines short bursts of exercise with periods of rest for maximum efficiency. If you love a combination of squats, sprints, weights, push-ups all in one workout this is a class for you. HIIT increases heart rate and builds leans muscle. This is one of the most popular types of workout people like doing. Our HIIT classes cater to all fitness levels and injuries for people who are 12 years and above.

Advanced Classes

With almost 15 years experience in the fitness industry, our trainers are friendly and have the knowledge to know how to help you reach your goals. Tuesday and Thursday mornings offer 2 advanced classes a week. These classes are rewarded to those who have been consistent, work hard and want that extra push. They are for people who continually show up and give it their all. You don't need to be the fittest or strongest you just need to work hard while uplifting others, have a good attitude and are willing to become the best version of themselves.
