We’re pumped to announce our 1-hour charity workout in support of Ronald McDonald House North Australia — helping families with seriously ill children.


As the finale to our 8-week challenge, this session is open to all ages and fitness levels. So whether you’re a regular, a mate, a family member, or just keen to move for a good cause — we want you there.
